This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application CityReporter Mobile and our SaaS application CityReporter. Note that we use third-party payment providers and do not store any PCI-related data, such as payment methods and credit card information.

Business and Government Data: Information related to your business or government entity, including but not limited to, business name, government department, job title, and professional contact details.

Customer and Citizen Data: Information that our clients (businesses or local governments) store in our application, including but not limited to, permit details, inspection records, work orders, asset management data, and document management data. This may include personal information about their customers or citizens, such as names, addresses, and contact information.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the application to:

  • Canadian Customers: Data is stored in data centers located in Canada.
