You may need to create a road inspection using CityReporter web for a variety of reasons. For example, if you forgot your mobile device when you went to do an inspection, you can enter the inspection data on the web once you’re back in the office.
1. Log into CityReporter web using your city code, username, and password. Select the Roads & Highways module, then select the appropriate inspection group by clicking on one of the tabs.
2. The inspection forms for the group are in a drop-down at the bottom of the screen. Select an inspection and click the Create button.
3. You can now answer the questions in the form. Click Save at the top of the screen when done. Attach any photos to the inspection at this point.
