Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the functions described here. When you view a work order, you will be taken to a screen that looks like this:
There are three buttons at the top of the screen:
- Create: click this button to create a new work order (Ctrl+Shift+c)
- Edit: click this button to edit the current work order (Ctrl+Shift+e)
- Copy: click this button to create a new work order with the fields prefilled from the current work order (Ctrl+Shift+y)
On the left are buttons for uploading document Attachments and enabling Required Tasks.

The toolbar contains the following buttons:
- Print to PDF: view the current work order in PDF format
- Print to Word (RTF): generate a file in .rtf format to open in Microsoft Word
- Send By Email: emails the current work order to the assigned user
- Send Notification: sends a push notification to the assigned user’s mobile device, which automatically downloads the work order
- Pictures: upload pictures to the current work order
Click on the heading Work Order Activity Synopsis to see additional info about the work order, including the email log and GPS coordinates if available.
